We not only offer creative insight into cake art but host a number of courses, all of which are designed to quip individuals with skills needed. 

Cake decoration has several offshoots - the popular sugar art that uses fondant icing or frosting to crafting with modeling chocolate.  
Both sugar and modeling chocolate craft can be made with simplistic designs (borders or pattern work) to more elaborate 3D (figurines, flowers etc) based creations like wedding, party time, baby showers or festive occasions.
